With more than a month having passed since the Seattle Seahawks won their first Super Bowl in franchise history, there have been several items in the news worth discussing. Adam and Brandan start with the comment by Richard Sherman about the NFL's attempt to penalize players for using the "n-word" on the field. Brandan talks about his issues with seeing Russell Wilson in a Texas Rangers jersey, and the guys even talk about the latest goings on down in San Francisco with Jim Harbaugh.
The rest of the show is dedicated primarily to talking about the free agents who are the most important to keep in Seattle and a couple players who have already been released. Eric Speece, a dedicated listener, comes on the show to share a story or two and even in the offseason the torch is carried forward for those who are "better at life."
