With the news of Doug Baldwin's new contract extension breaking this week and the long holiday weekend, we wanted to get out a show for folks to enjoy while at the lake or back at work the following week. Brandan and Adam talk about what Doug Baldwin means to this team and how it's a great story of how hard work has helped Baldwin make it to this point of his career after going undrafted.

ESPN's Sheil Kapadia helped show statistically why we feel like Russell Wilson is better than Andrew Luck -- it's because he is and he's proven it on the field. It doesn't hurt that he's played on a better team, but it shouldn't be a detracting factor when comparing the talent of each player.

We revisit offseason workouts and get the opinions of Stephen Cohen of seattlepi.com and his thoughts on the Doug Baldwin contract. We talk about just how valuable his play has been for the team and how his play toward the end of last season helped vault him among the top paid receivers in the NFL.

Richard Sherman has his annual softball game coming up while Cliff Avril is set to appear on Family Feud with four other star players on defense for the NFC. Do Better nods go to millennials who have a strange excuse for not eating cereal and an online news source that keeps baiting Adam into clicking on its articles. Tune in to find out which former NFL coach and the peer in podcasting who get tagged as "better at life."
