Four turnovers by the Seahawks defense helped to keep Seattle in the game and ultimately earn the victory over the L.A. Rams. But we shouldn't be too quick to call them the best performing unit for the Seahawks on Sunday. The guys offer the critique on why the defense doesn't get all of the credit and what is keeping them from being comparable to the 2013 Seattle defense that helped to win it all.

It was another week where the running game couldn't get going, which has Adam thinking of other ways to move the offense. There's a running back tandem that he's interested in pairing in the backfield and neither Thomas Rawls or Eddie Lacy are involved.

One running back the Seahawks showed interest in this offseason is now going to the Cardinals. What does this mean for our NFC West rivals moving forward? Can Adrian Peterson be the piece they need to stay competitive in the division? As the one team in the division Seattle hasn't faced, the guys take a look at Arizona along with the other upcoming teams and talk about why picking games in April is a wasted effort.

In the second half of the show, the guys announce the leaders of the pick'em league, a listener scolds Brandan for ruining a bake sale and they talk about the latest article from Jenny Goos. One guy defending Cam Newton after last week was John Moffitt and Jenny was not impressed with how he doubled down on Cam's statement.

Who needs to do better this week? CBS for their apparent problem with geography and to the Dolphins former coach who has a strange way of professing his love for a woman in his life. Better at life goes to a scientist's work toward predicting future volcanic activity and Earl Thomas shares his nomination with someone he credited for helping him master a move that is helping the Seahawks win games.
