This week we're talking Seahawks football as Adam dials in during his drive across Nebraska to discuss the Seahawks 27-20 win over the Falcons. But even in victory, there were questions that came up about how far the Seattle defense can carry this team as it's currently operating. Coach Carroll, in his weekly press conference, talked about how the team his ranking high on stopping opponents on third down. Seattle is also among the top teams in the league when it comes to holding teams to field goals or no points inside the red zone.

However, one of the stats that jumps off the page is the number of yards after the catch (YAC) the Seahawks are giving up and which players the opposing pass catchers appear to be targeting most. So does this test the mantra the show has stuck with consistently that yards don't matter? Thanks to Ron Evans from the How Bizarre podcast for helping support our reminder with a show jingle.

We also look ahead to the Sunday matchup with the Bucs and if quarterback Jameis Winston will continue turning the ball over especially considering how turnover prone Seattle has been in its two losses at home.

Thanks to associate producer Flocktimus Prime for his lyrical stylings with a Tom Petty parody tune that calls out anyone who isn't part of the podcast flock. And thanks to Montana and Nebraska for being states that give us a reason to call them out in the do better segment. Better at life honors go to LeBron James and to the Seahawks linebacker tandem for reaching a notable milestone.
