The NFL passed some new rules this week around bringing the kickoff back into the game and taking out swivel hip drop tackles. Seems like a fair trade off. We're getting closer to having a sky judge with another rule change that, if it goes well, most of us won't even notice that it's working. But the draft won't be able to fix the amount of inexperience on the line heading into the 2024 season. Coach Mike Macdonald says the defense needs a solid spine. That could be another area that could continue to be improved through the draft. Finally, the waffles versus pancakes debate should be over. But is it time to introduce a new entrant into the mix?
