Free agency has begun and while the Seahawks haven't yet brought in any players from outside the organization, the focus has been keeping the guys who wanted to test the market. Unfortunately, it also means we have to say goodbye to players who had a big impact on the Seahawks playoff runs over the past few years. J.R. Sweezy heads to Tampa to join the Bucs, Brandon Mebane goes to the Chargers and Bruce Irvin becomes a member of the Raiders. Adam and Brandan offer their thoughts about free agency to this point.

In other news, the guys look forward to welcoming Matt Hasselbeck back to Seattle (even if it is only for a day), talk about Kam Chancellor wanting to buy a gym being some sort of reason to call the police and why is Marshawn Lynch still on the team's payroll.

After the break, some comments and questions about free agency and the difference between the Seahawks and the Broncos defenses last season. What can the Seahawks do to bounce back? Do Better nominees go to an NFL insider and a major news network for some interesting moments in free agency. Better at life honors go to a 12 who ripped a championship from a Broncos fan and a former NBA star who has his sights on the NFL.
