The Seahawks fall to the Colts 19-17 in the first game of the preseason, but there were some positive takeaways. Adam and Brandan offer their thoughts on the game while at Seahawks Training Camp in Renton. They primarily focus on some of the rookie performances, because that seemed to be the highlight with so many members of the latest draft class contributing in the game. The guys also discuss the performances by the quarterbacks and running backs.

Monday was Military Appreciation Day at the VMAC, so Brandan gets some thoughts from some of the military members in attendance. Armando Mejia, community engagement assistant director, joins the show for a few minutes to talk about some of the efforts by the team supporting military members and former Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds, now a wide receiver for the Seahawks, stops by to answer a few questions.

Recording the second half of the show back in Montana the following day, we thank some new members of the flock and have a couple announcements to make for how we're going to approach the upcoming season. Do better calls go to anyone who has shifted from taking information via the phone to only taking information online and to the Cardinals General Manager for his offseason behavior. In our better at life segment, Adam continues his streak of RV campgrounds that he's liked and Ciara has Russell Wilson's back after a rapper suggested that her husband wasn't very cool.
