With Marshawn Lynch reportedly considering retirement, Adam and Brandan talk about what Beast Mode means to the Seahawks offense and how life without him would be different. Though we will likely see him back in Seattle, it sounds like there are some serious health concerns Lynch has been working through.

The guys discuss whether finding a true number one receiver is necessary or even possible to incorporate into an offense that intends to stay true to a run-first mentality. Finally they discuss recent coaching changes and discuss franchise tags, the transition tag, and exclusive rights free agents.

Rob Staton of seahawksdraftblog.com comes on the show to talk about the upcoming NFL Scouting Combine this weekend and some players Seahawks fans might want to have on their radar. Rob also talks about two intriguing prospects at running back if the Seahawks aren't sold on Christine Michael and want a future replacement for Lynch.
