Cam Newton is the latest $100 million quarterback and Adam says that's a club Russell Wilson is willing to wait to join. Michael Bennett wants to be in that same club of guys getting new deals, though he's only one year into his contract, Brandan offers additional background on the issue. The Seahawks Town Hall meeting was Wednesday and the guys take a look at some of the highlights from that event.

From Twisted Radio on KISW in the late 80s through the 90s and on to The Bob Rivers Show on KZOK and KJR, Spike O'Neill spent many years on Seattle's radio dial. He joins us this week to talk Seahawks as well as some of his favorite moments from his time in radio. Known for his "Twisted Tunes" throughout the years, Spike continues to specialize in parody work with his latest hit called Tom's Big Balls (to the tune of AC/DC's Big Balls).

There were a few emails to catch up on before getting into Do Better. Organizers of the national spelling bee and "window seat wasters" are taken to task. Brandan has an idea on how to avoid spelling bee ties. Better at life honors go to a pair of St. Louis Rams for their efforts to bring awareness to homelessness and Russell Wilson is hailed for his leadership efforts.
