Geno Smith has been named the starter after a multiple turnover performance by Drew Lock against the Cowboys. What is the soonest we could see Lock now that Smith has won the job? Or was that the kind of performance that limits Drew to the backup spot until there is an injury? We get into some of the positive aspects of what we saw from the game against the Cowboys and some of the positive aspects of having Geno as QB1. However, that means Seattle will be limited in the number of mistakes it can make if they're going to be expected to be competitive and win games this season.
