We're up to the midpoint of the season and talking about our picks for Week 9 of the NFL season. No Gerrad this week, but there aren't many negative things for Adam and Brandan to say about the Broncos this week. Instead the guys speculate on which team might win the terrible AFC South and the record they could have at the end of the season.
They also run down the Carolina Panthers schedule as that team looks to remain undefeated against the Green Bay Packers this week. With the report that military services paid NFL teams for Salute to Service events, Brandan notes there is some detail missing as to whether some of these contracts were for legitimate marketing and recruiting purposes while Adam is entirely uncomfortable based on principle.
