In this week's bonus edition, Adam and Brandan talk about restricted free agents. The guys talk about how guys become restricted free agents, how long players have to be in the league to be unrestricted free agents, and who the Seahawks have now tendered.
One of the biggest names and a guy with potentially the biggest salary of the group is center Patrick Lewis. We explain how a team could offer a guy like Lewis more money and Seattle would get no compensation, but would have a chance to match his salary.
A couple names who didn't receive a tender were Alvin Bailey and Christine Michael. What could that mean moving forward and why might the Seahawks have chosen to allow them to become unrestricted free agents? The guys get into that, along with some movie talk at the end of the show.
