We're into our final five Seahawks every fan should know, and continuing with our theme of recognizing our favorite guys in the trenches, Jacob Green gets the nod in this slot. Officially listed at 97.5 career sacks, even more than that considering he played two season before sacks were recognized as an official stat.
The guys talk about how Green may not have received the national recognition he deserved. Part of that had to do with the fact that two first ballot Hall of Fame players were in the league at about the same time. Green didn't have a flashy nickname either, but he only trailed Lawrence Taylor and Reggie White in showing off his ability to get to the quarterback.
